CBeebies signs on as the primary broadcaster for animated series from Komixx Media Group based on the award-winning books by Louise Yates.

KOMIXX SECURES WORLDWIDE RIGHTS TO BEST-SELLING ‘CHERUB’ NOVELS

UK and LA based independent film and TV producer, Komixx Entertainment Ltd, today announces it has optioned the worldwide screen rights to the award-winning CHERUB Series, written by the renowned best-selling author, Robert Muchamore.

Komixx has obtained the rights to develop all 18 novels in the exciting young adult thriller series, including graphic novels, for a drama series. The deal builds on Komixx’s reputation as a leading producer of exciting YA TV and film adaptations both in the US and UK.

Netflix orders feature-length adaptation of young adult novel The Kissing Booth from Komixx Entertainment.

The children’s producer optioned the rights to Beth Reekles romantic novel from online publishing platform Wattpad, where the ebook has been read 19 million times since it was uploaded in 2012.  

The story is set in the US and follows sixteen-year-old Elle Evans and the ups and downs of her romance with the hottest boy in school, her best friend’s brother, Noah.
